FAQs: Label design software

Yes -  Perceptor IoT does not inspect or link to any specific brand of label design software.

Instead, it inspects according to the label vision template that is designed and saved within the Perceptor application.

This label vision template is used to run a batch with each label being passed or failed and recorded in the end user SQL database.

The upper range examples include:

  • 25 mm (W) × 207 mm (L)
  • 40 mm (W) × 200 mm (L) - single-panel wrap-around
  • 76 mm (W) × 120 mm (L) - for multi-page flag labels and fan-fold styles

The minimum label size supported is 20 mm (W) × 10 mm (L).

Both die-cut roll and fan-fold formats are supported. Single-panel, wrap-around, multi-page, and fan-fold labels can all be printed on the ZT600 series printers.

Perceptor IoT supports variable line speeds from 0 to 200 mm/s (approximately 8 ips). However, high speeds are not recommended when printing booklets; a maximum of 4 ips is advised.

The maximum print speed on a ZT610 at 600 dpi (recommended resolution) is 6 ips.
